★How do I join the group?
☆Fill out a application and wait for enrollment period. Send a join request to the group with a link to your app along with your OC's year and division.
★How will you accept members?
☆We will not be accepting members by a first come first serve policy. After enrollment period is over, mods will go over apps and accept a set amount of members.
★How many characters are we allowed to have?
☆Only one!
★What is the art standard?
☆We base on effort!
★Can I submit a incomplete app and finish it later?
☆No, all apps must be finished and sent in correctly during enrollment period.
★Are we allowed to use pre-existing OCs?
☆Yes!
★Is traditional art accepted?
☆Yes, as long as a scanner is used and it's nice and clean. No cellphone pictures or any of the sort please!
★Are we allowed to use bases/have someone draw for me?
☆No! Whatever you submit in the gallery must be your original artwork.
★Who can see Remnants?
☆Anyone can see Remnants ! It's the government's duty to keep things on a down low when Remnants cause chaos in the city even up to erasing people's memories.
★How many cities are on Asteri Island?
☆Asteri Island is the name of the only city on the island.
★When do people get cellphones? What about when they don't live on the island?
☆Citizens that live on the island receive a cellphone at the age of 10 no matter what. People are allowed to buy Star Crown cellphones from the island and bring one to someone that doesn't live on the island but it will act like a normal phone. Star Crown cellphones are not allowed to be purchased online.
★When can students use their powers?
☆ONLY during battles. Otherwise there will be consequences.
★How often do Remnants spawn?
☆They sometimes show up in groups or alone and at unexpected time periods. There's not a set time when they spawn.
★How powerful are Remnants?
☆Because of their shadow-like structure it's hard for one student to handle a single Remnant.
★What is the purpose of Starlings?
☆That is currently unknown.
